A brand new class has started at Rosieglo. And it is exactly what you need right now.
Introducing Flow and restore, a new one-hour class with Imogen, now running every week from 17th March.
This class gently guides you from mindful movement into deep rest.
You begin with flowing postures to warm the body, release tension and connect breath with movement. As the pace naturally slows, the practice shifts into longer, supportive shapes to calm the nervous system.
The class finishes with guided meditation and an extra long deeep relaxation.
All levels welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling calm, centred and restored.
