✨ Yoga doesn’t always have to be serious and whoo-woo — it can be playful, light and full of joy too! ✨

This Saturday I’ll be rolling out the mats at the Lansdown Block Party with a free yoga session, 2–2.30pm at .

Expect a fun, heart-warming class to stretch, move and shake off the week – no experience needed, just come as you are. We’ll flow with ease, breathe deep, and maybe even a chuckle along the way. 🧘‍♀️

Mats will be ready for you, or bring your own if you fancy.

The Block Party is all about music, movement and community – raising funds for who do incredible work supporting people who need it most. Alongside yoga, you’ll find legendary live sets from , , , plus local favourites , and , spread across brilliant venues , , and .
