“How old do you have to be for Menopause Yoga?” 🤍

This is one of the questions we get asked the most, and the answer might surprise you.

Menopause Yoga isn’t about age… it’s about where you are on your menopause path.

From perimenopause to post-menopause, you are welcome here.

That could mean:
✨ Late 30s and noticing early hormonal changes
✨ 40s and deep in the peri rollercoaster
✨ 50s, 60s and beyond, still wanting support, strength and calm.

Our Menopause Yoga sessions are a gentle, nurturing space to slow down, move in ways that support your changing body, calm your nervous system and breathe a little deeper.

It’s also time to just be, to reset, recharge, and share wisdom, tips (or frustrations!) with a group of wonderful understanding women who truly get it.

No pressure. No expectations. Just support, movement and connection.
