Each month we work on key symptoms of the menopause & offer tools & practices ….Grounding restorative poses. Breathwork to calm the nervous system. Simple meditation and tea. Lots of tea.

Whether you’re looking to maintain joint health, improve stability, or simply enjoy some mindful movement with a lovely group, this class is for you. And don’t worry. in true Rosieglo style, expect plenty of light-hearted fun and giggles!

You do not need to touch your toes. You do not need to be fit. You just need to show up.

One of the things we hear the most often: “I would love to try yoga but I am not flexible enough.”

Here is the truth: flexibility is a result of yoga, not a requirement for it.
