In yoga, we use breathwork (Pranayama) to:
🌀 Calm the nervous system
💪 Increase lung capacity
🧘‍♀️ Enhance focus & relaxation

Try this: Take a deep inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, and exhale for 4. Repeat a few times and notice the difference!
