Dry needling is one of the few 'tools' we use during treatments. A lot of modern treatments include tools such as dry cupping or scrapping, most of which have very little evidence to suggest they work. However, this is not the case with Dry Needling.

Using needles, we are able to put a direct positive stress and impact into the muscle fibres and associated neuromuscular connection. We have been using needles with great success for years now and are still both fascinated and amazed by the results each and every time.

If you have been struggling with any form of overuse or Tendonopathy injury then needles will be perfect for you.

Just a Sports made kid living out his dream job.

From a shy, sports mad child to the owner of a thriving business in my dream career.

My teenage years were affected by growing pains, and for a child utterly addicted to sport, this was an issue. I became fascinated by the human body, and from an early age, all I wanted to do was help people and fix their injuries.

From cricket and football in my teens, cycling in my 20s, I have also and will also be inspired by sport and exercise. These days our sporting success is very much enjoyed through our clients.

I am forever grateful for everyone's ongoing support on this crazy little world of owning a business.
