What messages might you receive from slowing down and looking deeper at nature?

Duality? Symbiosis? Interconnection? Balance?, Yin and Yang? Masculine and Feminine? Animus and Anima? Growth? Chance? Planting? Camouflage? Strength? Clarity? Reliability? Protection? Tolerance? Key? Hardy? Robust? Letting go? Shedding?

Sycamore Trees drop their fruit in October. Exploring the messages from the sycamore seed/fruit/helicopter sat in a
nature immersion activity could highlight or resonate with any themes/concepts in your life to delve in to deeper.

Wild Rooted sessions consist of an element of deeper nature connection and exploring signs and symbols that mother earth might present to you about your own lives and journeys.

The intention of Wild Rooted’s sessions and programmes are to facilitate, guide and support you with finding the tools and resources for you to improve your physical health, your mental health and your wellbeing, to increase your weekly connection time in nature, to cultivate your personal growth and to create a sense of true belonging and interconnectedness to the earth community, all with the power, awe and wonder of nature as our guide.

Theme - Samhain, slowing down and reflection on year goals, gratitude, giving thanks to ancestors and manifesting new intentions/goals from now till the winter solstice.
