Last Sunday, as part of our Bootcamp & Food Day, .pt hosted a free Ladies Class for our amazing members and the lovely community of Bishop’s Cleeve – and they absolutely smashed it!

She took them through a full-body workout: lifting weights, having a laugh, and wrapping it all up with a killer core finisher, plus a classic team photo.

Huge shoutout to all the brilliant ladies who joined in – you were fantastic! 🙌

Come get your car washed by us to help us raise money to support the gym. It is taking place on Saturday 22nd March from 08.00am - 18.00pm at Trinity Lane Car Park. While you’re waiting for your car to be washed, you can either enjoy some refreshment or sneak a quick workout in! 👀

Prices:
£10 for inside or outside
£20 for both
