Rachael Grey-Smart RGN INP, the owner/manager at Enhance has over 30 years of nursing experience and has specialised in the field of aesthetics and cosmetic surgery for more than 20 of these. Most of her training took place in Harley Street, then based for many years in Clifton, Bristol and a period of time in Dublin, before opening the first clinic of its kind in Cheltenham Spa.
