Sometimes people don't leave jobs, they leave managers.
Feeling unseen, unheard or unsupported by the person above (and around you) is one of the most quietly corrosive forms of workplace stress.
Good management isn't a nice to have. For a lot of people, it's the difference between staying and going.

This it's worth asking yourself how you're showing up for the people around you.

Most employees aren't struggling because they're not good at their jobs. They're struggling because there's too much work, too little time, and no real permission to switch off.
We need to take a moment to recognise that chronic overload isn't productivity. It's a slow drain on the people you can least afford to lose.

This check in on each other, be mindful of each other, help each other. A little goes a long way.
