If you're interested in joining us for the Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training - you don't need to have experience in Seasonal Yoga itself.

Just a curiosity, an openness to learn and connect 🔵

If you have any questions about the YTT, please DM me. We start in February, let's grow together 🪴

Yesterday I held space for a beautiful moment to celebrate the season we’re in - winter❄️

Winter, January in particular, doesn’t much feel like something to celebrate right? But every season has its beauty, its necessity. And winter is a moment for pause, for reflection, for taking the time you need to listen to yourself, to dream and create a vision for the year to come 💭

To reclaim yourself and what you want 💖

Thank you to all the beautiful souls that joined me .cotswolds to dream

If you’re interested in working with the essence of the seasons, the Seasonal Yoga Teacher Training might be for you. The seasons in depth - movement, practices, breathwork, essential oils, lifestyle all to help you tap into nature and into yourself. DM me for more info x

I hate journalling. But I appreciate the process of self reflection, carving out space for yourself to really engage with your feelings.

I just do it whilst I’m in the car, talking to myself, rather than with pen and paper.

Winter is the time to create space and stillness, and really deal with what you find there.

We’re in the season of water - the emotions, and the kidneys, which in Traditional Chinese Medicine can be associated with fear.

It’s scary to look into the darker spaces and confront what we find there. But it’s worth it.

I gently encourage you to shine a light into the dark corners, and make friends with what you encounter.

On Monday night I shared a free yoga class and sound bath with my community 🎁

It’s such a gift to be trusted with your precious time to practice, to flow, to question and sometimes to creakily groan 😉

As a dancer, movement and sound are my healers. They don’t solve every problem, but they do make every problem feel a little smaller.

Christmas as a season gets a bit crazy. The answer is to dance, whatever that looks like to you. Turn up the festive tunes and wiggle, you’ll feel freer I promise.

Fascia is the most intricate, incredible thing and without it we wouldn’t move, stabilise, or feel connected in the way we do. 🍂

As autumn arrives and the body naturally tightens with the cooler shift, fascia needs slow, spacious movement to stay supple and hydrated.

Seasonal yoga at this time of year helps us soften, release, and create inner space supporting the whole body and nervous system.

A gentle reminder to move kindly and nourish the web that holds you together 🕸️
