The Baby Journey hosts antenatal classes, and lots more, in Fairview in Cheltenham. We believe that this leads to contented and confident parents.

Our philosophy here at The Baby Journey is that good information, understanding and support are vital through your pregnancy. Every parent and baby is different and every journey will be unique. The Baby Journey offers an honest, realistic and friendly approach founded on our experiences as midwives - but equally important our experiences as mums.

There’s nothing like a group chat with other new parents to remind you - you’re not alone, you’ve got this, and you’re doing amazing ⭐️

At The Baby Journey you’ll be put into a WhatsApp group (if you want to) before you meet in person, and you’ll have your midwife instructor in the group throughout the course. Afterwards your group chat will be a lovely safe space where you can provide support for one another as well as share deals and advice, and plan meet ups 😃

Our amazing Hannah did a talk earlier at the John Lewis baby event, all about bonding with your baby 💕

It was a fabulous event for new parents-to-be, which also included pram demo’s from the JL nursery team and even a talk about bra fitting!

You've experienced pregnancy & birth before, you've navigated the choppy waters of parenthood, and you've learnt how to steady your ship. You feel more confident about what to expect, what to do, and yet there's still some questions. It's busy looking after the family you've got, so it's flying by with less time to think and prep. Maybe your friends from last time aren't having babies again right now, and it would be good to have a recap with a midwife and meet a new 3am crew. The Baby Journey Refresher course is ideal for you! Shorter than our first time parents course to enable socialising and questions, but without breaking the babysitter bank. We said it: the C-Word! There's mince pies in the shops, you've got emails about advent calendars, but you can't buy anything in the middle of Lidl to help you plan for a baby at Christmas. The Baby Journey Christmas Helpers (AKA midwives) are here to help! Join our antenatal course in OCTOBER for a baby due at Christmas time. Our face to face 4 week course guides you through what to get ready, what to expect, how to prepare and much more. The Baby Journey sessions are held at our own HQ and are all face to face with your own midwife host.

We know you're cosy, and sleepy, and pregnancy and everything you're juggling is exhausting! We get it.... the nights are drawing in, autumn is in the air, do you really need to get dressed and venture out for antenatal classes? YES! At The Baby Journey you will have a midwife host your face to face session every week, at our own HQ. You will get to meet others in the same stages as you, who *get it*. You'll build your new network of support. You'll get the answers to your questions. You'll chuckle on the way home at the things people said, and you'll marvel at the fact you're having a baby soon. And then you can get those PJs straight back on. We promise you'll be glad you did.
