I wanted to share this lovely review left on my google page this evening….so proud of this amazing woman 💛who wrote this and of our brilliant Infinite Balance community 🩵

‘I’ve been supported by Kirsty since March 2024 starting with her ‘Step into Spring’ 8 week challenge alongside 1:1 weekly check-in's to support me with my individual goals. I started PT on a 1:1 basis before gaining more confidence to get involved with her TRX and small group PT which I continue to do twice a week.
Kirsty offers community.
I look forward to exercise and sharing space with the other people.
Kirsty provides lots of opportunities to engage with others and get involved, from local walks, whatsApp chats and providing lots of important information that builds up knowledge and understanding on how the body works, what it needs which has allowed me to understand what I need to do as an individual to maintain my health, fitness and wellbeing.
I have lost nearly 3 stone and currently maintaining with the continued support of Kirsty and the Infinite Balance community.

Life is busy. Loud. Full.
So when a day opens up with nothing in the diary and nowhere you have to be… that’s a gift.

A long walk through the Langdale Valley, fresh Lake District air, big skies and tired legs — this is what balance looks like to me.
Not all or nothing.
Not hustle or hibernate.
Just choosing to move, breathe, and be present when the space is there.

We don’t need more time.
We need to use the time we get a little more intentionally.

Whether it’s a mountain trail, a quiet coffee, a workout you didn’t skip, or 10 minutes to yourself — it all counts.

Hi, I’m Kirsty from Infinite Balance, and I help women and men in midlife move well, eat well, and feel strong. Whether you’re looking to:

✨ TRX Small Group Training – Spaces Available ✨

Looking for a fun, effective way to get stronger, fitter and move better? We currently have a few spaces available in our TRX small group classes (max 6 people) at Infinite Balance in Hatherley, Cheltenham — so you get loads of coaching, support and personal attention.

So… what is TRX?
TRX is a suspension-based workout that uses your own bodyweight and gravity to build strength, improve core stability, increase mobility and boost overall fitness. It’s brilliant because you can make every exercise easier or harder just by changing your position — which means it works just as well for beginners as it does for experienced exercisers.

It’s low impact on your joints, great for posture, and incredibly effective for building real-world strength.

🖤 TRX MOVE (strength & conditioning)

A stronger, sweatier session focused on building muscle, confidence and fitness.
• Tuesday 7:30am
• Tuesday 5:15pm
• Thursday 7:30pm

🤍 TRX FLOW (low impact, perfect for beginners)

A gentler, flowing session focusing on mobility, core strength and moving well — ideal if you’re new to TRX, coming back from injury, or just want something kinder on the body.
• Friday 10:30am

You can also book TRX Personal Training sessions if you’d prefer one-to-one coaching, rehab support, or a programme tailored exactly to you.

These sessions are friendly, supportive and properly coached — so you’re never left guessing if you’re doing things right.

We are designed to move, and move really well. At Infinite Balance, we strive for you to have a functionally strong body.We believe that the need to look after our mind and body is infinite and always with us and within this it is about keeping the balance. We all have our ups and downs but throughout these we need to look after ourselves.

Infinite Balance provides personal training and group fitness options; consultancy/ workshops to promote physical and mental wellbeing and small group workshops to focus on specific areas of our physical and mental wellbeing.
