Our staff are highly trained and have extensive experience of learning and physical disabilities, complex needs and a wide range of health conditions. We are competitive, flexible and any profit we make is invested back in to the association to ensure we are always offering you the service you deserve.

A royal day out 💜

We took some of the incredible people we support on a trip to Sudeley Castle recently, and it’s safe to say they had a good time!

From exploring the grounds to taking in the views, there were plenty of great moments… and a few serious debates about who would suit castle life best 👀

Building confidence, making memories… and meeting goats 🐐

Last week we took some of the amazing women we support out to Cotswold Farm Park for a lovely day out.

The weather was on their side as they explored the park, and along the way a few new friendships were made with some very friendly goats!

We’re looking for musical instrument donations to support our music therapy sessions in the Hub 💜

These sessions will give the people we support a chance to express themselves, build confidence and simply enjoy making music together in a relaxed and supportive space.

We’ve got something new in the Hub!

We were kindly gifted a snooker table and gave it its first test run today. Safe to say it was a big hit, there's lots of friendly competition already starting!

We’re excited to announce that Aim Up now has its very own minibus 🚐

A huge thank you to The National Lottery Community Fund for funding our Open Road Project, which made this possible, and to David from Driver Deals for helping us find the perfect minibus for our needs.

Would you know what to do in an emergency?

Earlier this week we brought together the people we support and members of our local community for hands on first aid training, giving everyone the chance to learn skills that could genuinely save a life.

There was a real sense of focus in the room, people asking questions, getting involved, and building confidence step by step. It was not just about learning first aid, it was about feeling capable, included, and ready to help when it matters most 💜
