We all know that overthinking can be overwhelming and exhausting.
The first step is recognising these unhelpful thought patterns and then exploring why we keep going around in mental circles.
One of the key skills we’ll explore is how to simply stop thinking for a few minutes.
This skill, taught and practised by meditators for thousands of years, enables us to stop these insistent and unhelpful thoughts.
Once we’ve mastered this skill, we can then reset and explore more positive ways of thinking and relating to people and challenging life situations.
