To all those already booked onto Thursday Pilates class at 9.15. THIS CLASS IS NOW FULLY BOOKED but if you would still like the opportunity to start Pilates with us we still have space in

Tuesday Morning's 9.15am class.

This is a small class where you will be well looked after if you are new to Pilates.

Karen is a very experienced STOTT Pilates Teacher. The class is fun and friendly and you can expect to develop good strength, core stability, balance, and flexibility.

Are you a teacher looking for a beautiful space to teach ?

We are currently getting a lot of enquiry’s for yoga, and pilates, and a lot of classes are full. We are therefore looking for teachers that would enjoy teaching in our friendly much loved studio .

We rent out a fully equipped space with capacity for 9-12 clients at very reasonable hire rates .

Join me for a new Beginners PILATES class on Wednesdays 2pm. Starting 16th May.

Friendly, supportive sessions that will give you a solid foundation. You will learn how we use the principles of Pilates to provide challenge and improve your core strength and stability.

Classes are £12 and can be booked individually.
