Having graduated dance school, I wanted to continue my training and I was still thirsty to learn about the body and how we move. Growing up in a family of fitness enthusiasts, and always being fascinated with overall health, I knew this was something I had to explore. Now was the time to follow my passion of movement but in a new avenue as dance had always been my main outlet. Upon developing my weight training knowledge, I was discovering new ways of feeling strong within myself, and I couldn’t wait to share this. I knew movement-based work was my calling and decided to quality as a PT. In 2016 I achieved my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and have been working freelance in the Cotswold's ever since. After falling in love with the benefits of Yoga, I decided my next step was to complete my 200hr Yoga teacher training. Through Santosha Yoga Institute, I have gained my Vinyasa/Hatha/Vini 200hr qualifying in May 2020. Whilst studying I gained interest in Ayurveda (The Science of Life), where I am now studying for my Level 3 150hr. Keeping it funky and fresh I offer sweaty yoga (fitness/yoga) and private and semi-private sessions. I started my dance and movement training at Cirencester Creative Dance Academy.
