🇨🇦MAT LEAVE, CANADIAN STYLE🇨🇦

After a decade as a Chiropractor and only one previous two-week break, I decided to truly make the most of this maternity leave. 🙌🏼

We’ve recently returned from a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Canada. 🤩🗺️⛰️

A dream destination that’s been on my bucket list for years. 🪣✔️

A 9-hour flight and 8-hour time difference with two under two was no small feat… but absolutely worth it. ✈️🤣

From breathtaking views to treasured family time (and an unforgettable whale-watching experience 🐋), it was a trip we’ll never forget!

Did you know our Chiropractor, Lottie Whitmarsh, is also a qualified yoga teacher? 🪷

We may be biased… but we really are lucky to have a team full of women of many talents! 😆🤩🔝

For this month’s CPD session, we traded our clinic coats for yoga mats and enjoyed a team class led by Lottie herself. 🧘🏼‍♀️

It was the perfect opportunity to connect, unwind, and practise what we preach - movement, mindfulness, and well-being. 🙌🏻

This Wednesday, we attended a ‘Health Ahead Day’ hosted by GE Aviation. 🧠🦴🩺🥗

Having previously delivered two spinal screening events there, it was a pleasure to be invited back 😊 - this time alongside other like-minded professionals. 🙌🏼👩🏻‍⚕️

We spent the day showcasing our Chiropractic services, sharing expert advice, and connecting with individuals keen to invest in their health. 🫱🏾‍🫲🏽💙
