Bespoke Treatment Physio, Wellness & Massage Clinic for postural and work related pain, muscle tension or sporting injuries

I graduated from the University of Salford in Sports Rehabiliation (2006) and Physyiotherapy (2013). I have worked with the Armed Forces, Worcester Warriors premiership rugby team and International teams in both netball and rugby. I have also worked with local sports teams and in the private sector providing sports massage in Worcester, Gloucester and Cheltenham. Alongside my sporting experience, I has gained extensive knowledge spanning six years working with non-athletes. My current client base are currently recieveing treatment for work related stress and tension, post surgery e.g. knee replacement and ACL reconstruction and for general maintenance to prevent muscle related problems. I strongly believe that soft tissue tension can cause a majority of problems which is why I have chosen to specialise in this area, whilst also working as a physiotherapist. I have knowledge in numerous medical conditions and injuries of which I am happy to advise when approriate. This will also help to identify key areas more specifically for treatment than your average 'massage treatment'.

With my eldest starting senior school and the darker nights upon us soon, I need to be available to collect her from school after sports matches etc. Therefore, I am struggling to book evening appointments too far ahead at the moment. I am now going to start releasing evening appointments for online booking on each weekend for the week commencing. It will just prevent me from rearranging and to give everyone a fair opportunity to get these appointments.

* *From Monday 24th February the online booking system will only allow booking at the Staverton Clinic** Available Monday-Saturday.

The Prince of wales stadium is only available to book through me at an adhoc basis.

Unfortunately due to qualifying in my new treatments, the council only allow you to do these treatments if you pay a registration fee and they will not permit dry needling at the Prince of Wales Stadium. Therefore, I have decided to be at Staverton full time.

However, for those of you who prefer the Prince of wales stadium, I can book the room adhoc but I can only provide hands on massage and physiotherapy there.

I am very aware this is going to cause a lot of confusion for clients and I will try my best to be on top of communications prior to all appointments in the next few weeks. If you are unsure, please do message me 🧡
