A Happy Christmas from all of us at SW Domiciliary care.

Over the last twelve months we have been humbled by the dedication and commitment of staff across our company. Working under hugely difficult circumstances, and often under government restrictions, has left many of our staff exhausted from the efforts they have made, and yet they keep going – demonstrating, time and again, that they are determined to continue to deliver great care and support to those who need it most.

We would like to give special thanks to them and hope that they can find time over Christmas to be with family and enjoy the closeness of loved ones and friends.

They couldn’t achieve what they do without the support and understanding of our clients families. They have been wonderful and we hope that they are able to enjoy a safe and happy Christmas this year with loved ones around them.

If you are meeting family over the Christmas period we hope you can stay safe and we look forward to 2022 bringing us better times.

Continued Telephone Difficulties…

We wanted to update you as to the latest situation with our phone lines.

Unfortunately while the broadband was being fixed this has caused our servers to crash. We are having these replaced and rewiring commences on the 5th October. This is the earliest date we can get works commenced.

We are in the interim able to divert our reception line to a dedicated mobile and this will be answered.

We do apologise for this but we are working to get it rectified as fast as possible. We will update you with any further changes and information.

In the meantime please accept our continuing apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Temporarily out of Contact....

Please accept our apologies but we are currently experiencing difficulty with our phone lines.

They are all down and so all our computers and phone connections are inoperative at the moment. We are working with our suppliers to have this urgently rectified and will post again when we are back up and running.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Try and Keep your Cool!..

Not so easy at the moment is it. The current heatwave may have serious implications for many of the people we look after unless we can keep their core body temperatures under control.

Keeping cool in Summer heat is just as important as keeping warm in Winter. Here's a graphic with some good tips on how to stay cool during the heatwave.

It's important to stay cool and calm at the moment, and try and enjoy the sunshine sensibly. We're sure our clients will be doing just that!

Goodbye Agi..

This week we sadly said goodbye to Agi Rygala. She had worked with us for many years and we will miss her commitment and enthusiasm. We wish her all the best in her new job.
