Join us on this Friday (23rd May), for an exquisite evening of rejuvenation and self-discovery. Evelyn will guide you through her soul-soothing Hot Chill class from 6.15pm pm to 7pm, followed by a cacao-infused guided meditation with Kitty (Sacred Sun Sound Healing) from 7pm to 7.30pm, setting the stage for a truly profound experience.
After yoga and meditation, immerse yourself in the gentle embrace of a transformative Sound Bath from 7.30pm to 8.30pm, featuring ancient Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, and binaural beats.
