I’ve spent the best time with a fantastic group of ladies at retreat in Los Angeles, Cadiz, Spain

It was a serendipitous meeting at another retreat that we got chatting & this fabulous collaboration came about.

So pleased to have received this message today

After convincing a long time client who doesn’t like massage, to give it a try I was so happy to hear that not only was it a better experience than she imagined, she’s actually feeling great.

I had suggested some work around a large scar & her hips, as she had been limping for a long time prior to an operation.

Gently loosening up the soft tissue & working out a few tight spots, seems to have helped.

Hopefully she will be confident enough now to try it again. ☺️

If you get chance to get out into nature, even for 5mins, DO IT!!

Don’t forget you can still burn, especially after the winter hibernation.
