Today has been a big reminder that what I do is so much more than just being a beauty therapist.

My heart goes out to everyone who’s struggling with life at the moment.

I am so thankful I can offer a safe space to those who need it

And whilst some need to talk & get things off their chests
Others need to shed a tear
While others need a chance to be quiet & collect their thoughts

Can you believe that was over 40 years ago?

The iconic Live Aid was performed this day 40 years ago.

I spent yesterday morning with a client singing almost a whole Wham! song before we could remember the title 🤦‍♀️ but it was fun 🤩

If you could step back & visit yourself 40 years ago, what would advice would you give?

Another heatwave here in the uk …. But you should be mindful of the dangers of sun exposure at all times.

Don’t be one of the statistics.
According to www.melanomas.org.uk 19,513 people are expected to be diagnosed with melanoma

Just do the sensible thing.
Apply SPF 30+
Wears sunglasses
Cover up
Seek out shade

Be safe out there in the sun ☀️

Although I can’t move my studio to the seaside, the weather is definitely hot & summery.

Remember that as the day goes on, the studio does warm up, so if you’d prefer a cooler session, please get in touch & we can try to move your appointment to earlier in the day.

Early morning appointments are always available, but be quick as they are popular.

I apologise, but I’m still unable to take on new clients, the books are full.
