Spring is DEFINITELY on its way.
There are some serious pops of colour outside - crocuses, daffodils, snowdrops and green buds on so many trees….

So, if Spring is coming it means we need to SPRING CLEAN!

Start small. It makes it easier to manage.

Who’s looked inside their make up bag or overnight toiletries bag recently?

How many opened tubes of product are there?
How many old lipsticks, eyeliner’s & foundations do you have?

Isn’t it time you cleared out all those old, grubby items?

Did you know make up & beauty products have a use by symbol?
Look on the back & look@for a little jar with an open lid.
Find the number in it. This is the number of months it’s ok to use for after opening

Is it time to throw out all those old products & use up half used travel sizes - because when will you next use them?

Don’t put them in the bin!!
In most large supermarkets you’ll find make up recycle bins/boxes.
Help reduce landfill & recycle those old or unwanted products.

What will you find in your bag that you didn’t expect?

This weekend is the 1st of the retreat bookings.
Back at the fabulous Cotswold Park Barns to treat the guests of yoga retreat.

The weather isn’t great but that doesn’t stop us from making our treatment barn warm & cosy
And we can imagine the sun is shining as it is in the last picture!

A weekend of massages, reiki & ear candling to compliment their weekend of yoga & mindfulness.
