Maintaining Balance and Mobility Class with Tom 🌟

Residents at Richmond Villages Cheltenham are welcome to join our weekly Balance and Mobility Class led by Tom from the Wellness Team.

This session focuses on improving balance, coordination, strength and overall confidence in movement. Suitable for all abilities, the class offers a supportive environment with exercises that can be adapted to individual needs.

Held every Wednesday, all residents are welcome to attend. As the class is becoming increasingly popular, we kindly encourage residents to book in advance to secure a place.

A Morning at Worcester Cathedral ⛪️

Last week, our residents enjoyed a wonderful visit to Worcester Cathedral, often described as one of England’s most architecturally fascinating cathedrals, and we couldn’t agree more!

We were surprised to learn that Prince Arthur, the elder brother of King Henry VIII, is buried in the crypt here!

After exploring the stunning architecture and peaceful cloisters, we rounded off the morning with a visit to the Cloisters Café for a well-deserved treat.

This week, our talented residents put their skills to a wonderful cause, making hats for the neonatal unit at Cheltenham Hospital.

It was a heartwarming session, knowing these handmade pieces will bring comfort to the smallest patients and their families.
