The very meaning of the word Yoga is connection or even relationship.

In class we are building a relationship with our bodies, emotions, minds and the people around us.

Thank you for doing that with us.

Simon Sinek wrote that community is a group of people that grow together.

I’d definitely call this a community :)

My first ever yoga retreat in Italy was more magical than I could have ever imagined. 🧡

I’m so grateful to the beautiful group of people who joined me and showed up for themselves every day on their mats in blissful heat with open hearts and bags of energy. This was a week I’ll never forget and these people made it so special.

No words or photos can do justice to the magic of Casperia. ✨

And thank you for trusting me, thank you for welcoming me and thank you to my wonderful husband for being by my side every step of the way. Full of love, gratitude and pizza. Until next year! Ciao 😘
