I'm a certified Systematic Kinesiology Practitioner in Cheltenham, using muscle testing to uncover the true imbalances behind health problems & determine what the body needs to restore balance & feel its best. I am currently training to become a Systematic Kinesiology practitioner (TASK certification)

Kinesiology is a therapy that uses muscle testing to assess the body's energy flow and pinpoint areas of imbalance. Once identified, a variety of tailored treatments—including lymphatic massage, electrical balancing, nutritional support, and emotional work—help restore harmony and wellbeing. Some of the concerns I can address include:

🥦 4 Everyday Habits to Support Your Gut 🥦

1️⃣ Chew Thoroughly – Aim for ~20 chews per bite. This breaks food down, mixes it with enzymes, and signals your stomach to produce the right amount of acid.
2️⃣ Sit to Eat – Eating on the go keeps your body in “stress mode,” which shuts down digestion. Sit comfortably, take a few deep breaths, and allow your body to rest and digest.
3️⃣ Relax Your Stomach – Place a hand on your belly, breathe deeply, and release tension before your first bite. A relaxed abdomen helps your digestive organs work smoothly.
4️⃣ Hydrate First – Drink a glass of water 15–20 minutes before meals to prepare your gut. Avoid large amounts during meals to keep stomach acid strong.
