Great review of how the mind and body are connected. Self healing takes place when we get to a stage of believing we could feel something different.. or maybe even feeling better than what are currently experiencing. Our young persons LGBTQIA+ creative group is starting March 5th on Wednesdays 5.30pm - 7pm £10 entry fee.
We are taking referrals for this group, so get in touch if you or someone you care for would like to attend.

What to expect;
* An affirming group safe space for LGBTQIA+ people aged between 11yrs and 18yrs
* A creative and relaxed environment
* Social time with peers who you can relate with
* No judgement on lifestyle choices
* Respect for differences and individuality
* No pressure to be anything other than YOU!

Where and who are we?
Kingsley House is where we run all of our Essential Space services; it is just off Shurdington Rd and in the middle of Gloucester and Cheltenham, and easy access to surrounding Cotswold areas.

There is parking, and the NO 10 bus route is at the end of our road.
Kingsley is a large old house that is both quirky and welcoming to everyone who enters our door.

We are passionate about inclusivity and support for mental health being available, no matter your circumstances or lifestyle choices. We offer 1-1 sessions in creative mentoring for young people and adults, counselling and have groups running throughout the week that support mental health, creativity for health and topics around neurodiversity, emotional wellness, and supporting groups like our LGBTQIA+ community.

We have been busy getting our two new additional therapy rooms ready! Therapists have been trying them out this week and say they feel calm and comfortable 🩵 we have 10 rooms now at Kingsley House, and one of these is a new group room for workshops and cpd.

Our brilliant counsellors Jo and Sara will be at this event on Tuesday next week. They both specialise in welcoming neurodivergent people to counselling, and are setting up a ADHD coaching group, 1-1 sessions and sessions that are specifically for adults who are getting a later neurodiverse diagnosis.
