Clare is the co-founder of Public Hearts Defibrillator Campaign, and has been instrumental in installing 1️⃣1️⃣8️⃣ defibrillators across the town since 2017.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in first aid and public health, with particular expertise in out-of-hospital cardiac arrests, community safety, and key areas of mental health.

The BID is a vital part of the Defib family, and welcoming Clare onto the board will help strengthen and broaden this important relationship."

✴️This builds community resilience so people know what to do in an emergency and also brings people together.

🦺And that's what saves lives.

🚸We look forward to teaching youth rooms, scouts, army cadets, youth groups, schools, communities

Public Hearts Defibrillator Campaign CIC, our Key Partners and Defib Family are all proud to support and champion Qualsafe Founder, CEO, friend - and Paramedic Nigel Barraclough and the Stop The Bleed initiative.

Just like defibs, anyone of us can be there in those vital moments when someone needs it most and teaching people how to apply pressure, pack a wound, if it's deep, and then apply a tourniquet gives us the confidence to act.

This builds community resilience so people know what to do in an emergency and also brings people together.

And that's what saves lives.

This can happen in youth rooms, scouts, army cadets, youth groups, communities

✨️Such a blessing to be able to share this moment with nearly 200 members of our Defib Family right in the centre of Cheltenham, bringing this beautiful heritage town into the 21st century.

Public Hearts is much more than placing lifesaving infrastructure into the community. We are a family, supporting each other and building collaborative relationships. This works particularly well when I have the opportunity to work with others who share the same ethics and values, and particularly feel that need to help someone when they need it most.

No truer words spoken than working with Laura Bullivant - Legend in chief at Aid for Ukraine - Gloucestershire - and Anna at the Ukrainian Association.

So it's a great pleasure to be able to donate our 5th defib to them, this time for the Ukrainian Youth Association in Great Britain based in Derby and led by a fantastic team of people , including the ever fabulous Anna, who has more energy than I do!

🙌Teaming up with Lewis Whitter and his awarding winning StreetWISE campaign expands our scope to make more emergency medical kit available and accessible when moments matter. 🆕️ Thanks to Greg, Andy, Rhian and Dai's Dream Team- the 3rd of his family's Legacy cabinets and defibs was installed at this busy location 💒

🗺 As public hearts defibs locations expand, so do the opportunities to help someone in the event of a cardiac arrest
With 2️⃣😇 successful uses of with defib in the event of a cardiac arrest already this year - on top of the 2️⃣3️⃣5️⃣ times routinely accessed over the last 12 months, publicly accessible defibrillators are the only means of improving out of hospital cardiac arrest survival rates

💫 So Dai's Legacy is massive.
