😊Defib No 22 was installed on this day 3 years ag at Cheltenham Open Door Unit 3, St George’s Business Park Alstone Lane Cheltenham GL51 8HF. It has been accessed several times and is a vital part of the services offered by this impactful and inclusive Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity

Do you know - 40% of our defib locations are charities, community organisations and not for profits, which is why Public Hearts itself is not a charity. Thanks to Rosie's mum and Bob Holt OBE for funding this defib 💚

Public Hearts supports Cheltenham Open Door, and so many others. Adding defibs at these locations allows charities to spend their hard earned donations on their services, making us inclusive and enabling across all social, physical and mental service entities Julie Kent MBE

Thank you to the fantastic team at Colour Connection this morning for gathering their professional neighbours and facilitating a defibrillator introduction session ahead of us installing a publicly accessible defib to benefit Tuffley Business Park and the surrounding area.

Defibs do save lives. yet it's people that make that happen, so the more work we can do to be collaborative, inclusive and supportive of each other, the better we can be at increasing out of hospital cardiac arrest survival rates.

Wonderful to support Aid for Ukraine - Gloucestershire Max Wilkinson 🇺🇦 Thanks for sharing how Public Hearts brings our communities together and champions values of togetherness and equity 💚

I had the pleasure of hosting Fr Liubomyr Pidluskyi in Parliament. I first met the leader of the Ukrainian church in our area when he blessed the 100th defibrillator installed in our town by our brilliant Public Hearts campaign. I invited Fr Liubomyr for tea in Westminster to thank him for all the work he does to support Ukrainian refugees in Cheltenham and reaffirm my support.
