We train a diverse range of businesses ranging from hospital staff and hotels, builders and bankers to pubs and public bodies supporting them with H.S.E Guidelines to hold a valid certificate of competence trained by a company recognised by Ofqual. Tidal Training Direct Limited is based in Cheltenham and offers a suite of fully accredited Emergency First Aid open and group courses. We cover all of Gloucestershire, including Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud, Tewkesbury, Cirencester and the Forest of Dean.

🎄 Public Hearts Defib festive Advent Calendar day 15 🇺🇦

💚 One of the best things about Public Hearts is our Defib Family.Every location joins and becomes part of a wider group sharing values, ethics of kindness, humanity, volunteering and sharing to support each other and those when they need it most. Our Defib Family now welcomes hundreds of individuals - Badham's Pharmacy, Cheltenham Borough Council and related Housing Services, cafes, churches, community groups, volunteer groups, Community First Responders, Cheltenham BID, retail, residential hospitality, emergency services.

✅️ Everyone is welcome and everyone's included

That's the very spirit of Aid for Ukraine and it's why Laura Anna and Father enjoy working together.

🌼Here we are, on a Monday morning at Dobbies, buying up bulbs to plant in January to give some colour and hope in the beautiful new Ukraine Garden at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Gloucester.

Public Hearts festive Defib Advent Calendar Day 13 🎄

🏇It's a busy day and in Cheltenham for race goers and Christmas shoppers alike, which is why Publuc Hearts defibs are placed strategically right through the town centre

🚑 Our defib at The Quadrangle on The Prom Cheltenham was accessed this afternoon and with the ambulance service quickly on scene , we're delighted to share that whikst the defib was accessed , it wasn't needed , and the patient is well following a fall.

💚 This defib has been checked, it's back on The Circuit and rescue ready again.

✨️This was a fabulous day , welcoming Key Partners of Public Hearts Defib Campaign to HQ including the then Justice Secretary and CEO of Spirax Nick Anderson

💚 There was plenty to discuss including defib installation progress and, over in the USA with the advent of the synthetic opioid crisis, Colin took the opportunity to teach Alex about the administration of naloxone the rescue medication for this medical emergency.

🧮It's all about the numbers , and it certainly is when we're sharing as the success story of Public Hearts Defib Campaign

⏯️10.12.2021. This time 4 years ago, we installed Defib Nos 7 and 8
⏭️10.12.2025 As at today, we are at Defib No 111 meaning that we have installed a defibrillator every fortnight for the last 4 years.

✨️A simply incredible achievement, given it's a completely voluntary campaign

🔛Thank goodness for Bob Holt OBE Holt Spirax Group G4S as well as they're ever-expanding, totally incredible Defib Family

🧧With donations from Chun F Kong to Benefact Group The Midcounties Co-operative every single act of kindness and philanthropy makes this amazing campaign the success that it is.

🫀We measure success by being accessible, available and inclusive.
These defibs have been accessed 202 times in the last twelve months , and around ten percent of those are cardiac arrests

4 years. 105 more defibs. And plenty more to come

✨️ Welcome to Public Hearts festive Defib Advent Calendar Day 7️⃣

💥And it's a special one! Defib No 7️⃣ marked the first publicly accessible defibrillator on Cheltenham high street, and was the first defibrillator to be installed coming out of Covid, thanks to the generosity of Bob Holt OBE, and hard work from David Jones of Evans Jones, Cordell at CCP, Tidal Training Ltd.
and support of Suzanne & C2S. Inspiration comes thanks to my dear friend CHickey, who still has the best laugh ever!
✨️ At the time, none of us could have anticipated the extent and success of the campaign to where we are now. In fact, on Wednesday 10 Dec we will be celebrating this and No 8️⃣ defibs 4th anniversary and it's amazing to think that we've installed over 💯 more defibs in that time as a completely voluntary and not for profit campaign.

Thanks to our Defib Family and everybody's who supports us 🎁
