K was supported to purchase his season ticket for Cheltenham Football town 2025/2026.

K has secured the same seats for the last few years and is very excited about the next season of football.

Another successful coffee & chat morning! Our supported individuals and support staff enjoyed a lovely get-together at Wetherspoons — sharing laughs, stories, and a hearty breakfast to start the day right.

T, an individual we support, who usually finds it difficult to leave the house, felt ready to step outside and enjoy a visit to a local café.

With patience, gentle encouragement, and trust, they were able to take this brave step into the community — and even enjoyed a chilled drink and a smile along the way 😊💪

Moments like this are powerful reminders that progress looks different for everyone — and every small step deserves to be celebrated 🎉

A had a happy, positive visit to the dentist 💙

With gentle reassurance, a friendly environment, and a little bravery, what could’ve been a stressful experience turned into a fun and confident one — complete with big smiles and high-fives all around! 🙌😄

🌱How Does Your Garden Grow? 🌧️

The rain has been a true friend to our supported individuals’ vegetable garden — everything is thriving! 🌿 J proudly harvested his first courgette 🥒 (and yes, it tasted amazing!).

Still growing strong: rhubarb, tomatoes, broad beans, sprouts, more courgettes, and cucumber — we’re looking forward to a delicious summer ahead! 🍅🥬🥒🍓

Oh, and we’ve had a regular little visitor… a curious fox has been making evening rounds 🦊 keeping an eye on our progress too!

✨ Gloucester BBQ! ✨

On 28th June 2025, we fired up the grill and gathered our supported individuals and staff for their annual Gloucester BBQ — and it was pure joy from start to finish! 🍔🌭🔥

There was delicious food sizzling all afternoon, laughter and cheers during fun games, and the dancing with amazing moves and big smiles. 🕺💃🎶

A huge thank you to everyone who came, danced, sang, played, and made this BBQ so special. Until next time! 🫶✨

🌿✨ A Magical Day at Avebury ✨🌿

Sandra had the joy of supporting M on a peaceful trip to the ancient stone circle at Avebury. Surrounded by nature and history, they loved exploring the site, feeling the energy of the stones, and soaking in the quiet beauty of the countryside. 🌞

They took time to walk through the stones, stop for dinner and ice cream in the village, and even spotted a few curious sheep along the way! 🐑💚

It was a lovely reminder of how grounding and inspiring nature can be.
