These two wonderful humans never stop challenging themselves (and me!). We’ve worked on specific training sessions for paddle boarding, sailing & cycling and this weekend they are off to Scotland for a 60-mile+ cycling challenge around Loch Ness.

I know some of you keen beans have been asking me about this so here it is … 60 days, real food, no protein powders or pills, just retraining to make good choices! Who’s in?

- within the 60 days you can drink alcohol 6 times

Even a coach needs a coach!

We spend time planning programmes for our own PT clients, the various classes and all the other modalities that we teach, but we still need someone who can keep us on track and accountable.

Some of you may be aware I, along with a lovely supportive group of people, kickstarted 2024 by following a nutrition and exercise plan on 8th Jan - the X60 Challenge, designed by Paul Wanford of the Fitness Team. It is simple, flexible and it works!

Stay hydrated
Exercise daily
Eat food as close to its natural state.

No protein powders
No supplements
No alcohol.

The final day was 7th Mar - my results so far overall 7 inches lost and 2.5kg. I say so far because this is a lifestyle change so it continues on with good habits in place.

If you want to clean up your body, feel more energised, lose some weight and reduce your measurements (which you will!) I highly recommending jumping in and getting involved. The next round starts on 18th Mar - reach out to Paul for more info - 07866 705851.
