💪Busy Thursday and Friday working with one of my corporate clients in Liverpool

Today is the second day of their booking, and happy to be back, their wellbeing room is just gorgeous amd so relaxing as you can see. Filled with books, useful leaflets related to mental and physical health and list of companies to reach out to if needed. 💝

💆‍♂️💆‍♀️Employees are being treated to their 15 minutes chair based massage sessions, all of whom had been having a busy day at their desks. Their short break away from work is clearly well-needed.

✅️Muscle tension eased in backs, necks, shoulders, arms and hands
✅️ Some of the participants opted for scalp massage to finish with
✅️ Mental stress reduced
✅️ A few people even managed a little micro nap during their treatment

🌎💚♻️As always, I made sure the treatment days are as planet-friendly as possible

💚 Eco-friendly cleaning products used
💚 No single use plastic spray bottles
💚 Cleaning spray & hand gel refills
💚 Reusable and washable face cradle covers

💪Busy last Wednesday working with one of my regular corporate clients in Manchester

💆‍♂️💆‍♀️I treated 13 employees to their chair based massage sessions, all of whom had been having a busy day at their desks. Their short break away from work was clearly well-needed and well-enjoyed

Day in a therapist's Life...

💪💪💪 This Tuesday's To-Do💪💪💪

✅️ Part time work in Chorley 5am-9am

✅ 10am Back to Preston, ️ Healthy breakfast with the Mr.
Plenty of greens, fiber, fresh fruit&veggies+ protein

✅ ️Set up room for the morning client

✅️ 11am Client for her 45mins Upper Body Massage session
Pre&Post appointment consultation & clean down set up for afternoon client, wash towels

✅️ 12 30-1pm short lunchtime walk

✅️ 1pm - 3 30pm Admin work:
Send client follow ups,tax return, income&expenses, social media posts

✅️ Hang washed towels and fold away dry ones

✅️ 4pm Client for 45mins Upper Body massage

✅️ Cook Nutritious, Home made, evening meal from scratch & catch up with the Mr.

✅️ Evening sauna, steam room and hydropool session at our gym 😍🧖‍♀️🧖‍♂️♨️

✅️ Wind down with my book, 📚📖
wifi&data off, night-night 💤😴

What a wonderful thing to contribute to this regular event 💝 Today I dropped off various foliage&evergreen offcuts to Let's Grow Preston that I collected from a lovely lady, who responded to my post on Green Living Chorley when I asked for foliage donation for Let's Grow Preston upcoming events. I collected the donation from Chorley and dropped it off to Ashton walled garden in Preston. Thank you for the kind donation. My donated foliage will make its way to Blue Flamingo Cafe tomorrow and the lovely participants will make beautiful wreaths out of it. Wishing you a successful event with much joy and laughter 💝🎁💚🎄

💝Happy Small Business Saturday💝

💝🎄You’ll probably be seeing lots of reminders this Christmas about how important it is to support our small and local businesses. To make that easier for everyone, I thought it would be a great idea to spread the word and showcase the amazing small businesses we know and love.

However I am still relatively new to the Preston area, I aim to discover new independent businesses and support them whenever I can.

Here are my recommendations:

Neighbourhood Coffee House tasty coffe and treats and lovely staff, great events. Perfect after walk treat near Haslam Park

Bluebells & Daisies gorgeous florist, unique gifts and lovely staff in Garstang center

Cafuné - South American café what a lucky found! Tried many of their treats, such a unique place in Preston town centre, opposite the Harris Museum.

Ward Field Farm Shop just round the corner from me on Plungington Road, fresh organic produce, brilliant butcher with the best quality fresh meat and plenty of organic produce on refill to help you reduce our plastic waste and packaging, plus fresh sourdough bread on Wednesdays and Fridays😍 our favourite!

The Tap End our round-the-corner go to place, I pat the lovely furry doggy visitors, while the Mr. tries the variety of craft beers and ales. Always a lovely and cosy atmosphere with great staff and customers

Chew's Yard our favourite Preston town center based place for great live music events, gorgeous food from 5 different vendors, not to mention their regular stand up comedy nights, markets,salsa classes, running club meet ups and more. Most events are free or well affordable compared to other venues. What a gem for the community!

Let's Grow Preston lovely place to volunteer, garden with many ongoing events

Preston Pedals Community Bike Hub organisation run by volunteers, with many events organised, including community bike rides, free bike repair and check up events and lessons on how to repair our own bikes! Just brilliant!

This lovely young lady suffers from anxiety and experiences extreme tension in her neck and shoulder muscles. She has been for her 30minutes Back,Neck,Shoulders massage.

Following her recent visit, she told me, that she has benefited from her last massage for about 6 weeks, and "Felt NORMAL again" so she's booked in again in 6 weeks time straight away. I look forward to welcoming her again and be part of her wellbeing journey 💝
