What does our 'Core podiatry' appointment consist of?

After a thorough medical history and all relevant assessments are completed, we start by identifying any current or potential issues.
🔹Our treatment includes nail trimming, reduction of any thickened toenails.
🔹Dry cracked heels and callus removal.
🔹We remove any painful corns.
🔹If there is a fungal infection, nails or skin, we begin a treatment plan to reduce fungal load and improve the condition of the skin.
🔹To round things off we file the whole foot and apply a luxurious and hydrating moisturiser.
If you have a more specific problem such as ingrowing toenails or verrucae, we will then improve comfort first off and discuss the best long term treatment plan for you.
