Studying, Reiki Rachās Study Guide (Written During a Panic Break)
Studying Reiki Rachās:Letās be honest ā studying is just a long, slow battle between your brain and every single thing thatās more interesting than your notes. Which, unfortunately for me, includes the dust on the windowsill, walking the dog, and the sudden urge to alphabetise the spice cabinet.
As you probably know, I have been studying for the past year or so, and the deadline is creeping up FAST! Hence the lack of articles, but here we are with a breakdownā¦.(You can make your own mind up as to what type) of life over the past few months. Let us know if you can relate.
1. The Setting The Scene Phase: Where I spend 45 minutes creating the perfect study environment, which includes lighting a candle, choosing a chill playlist, and arranging pens in a colour gradient. š
2. The āJust One More Snackā Phase: Because how can you focus if youāre slightly hungry? Or if you might be hungry soon? Better raid the kitchen just in case and clean the worktops while Iām there.
3. The Existential Phase: After reading the same sentence 12 times and still not having the foggiest of whatās being asked of me, I start to question my life choices.
4. The Panic-Powered Productivity Burst: At T-minus 6 hours before the exam, something clicks and I suddenly become a machine. This lasts all of 37 minutes. š¤Ŗ
5. The Denial Phase: You convince yourself that if you sleep with your book under your pillow, some sort of learning osmosis will occur. Science hasnāt proven it works, but it hasnāt not worked either.
My conclusion, studying is a journey ā mostly uphill, occasionally sideways, often accompanied by snacks and small breakdowns. But has it all be worth it? Well we will find out very soon. š¤£
But on a slightly more serious note, hard things are what help us to grow and move forward. This course I have been doing I never imagined it would have sent me on this journey of self-discovery. I simply thought Iād get it done and have another qualification. But no I have learnt so much not only about the topic Iām studying but also about myself.
