💥 2022 Business update💥
Hi guys, as I previously mentioned me and rebecca have been talking to each other and to discuss our 2022 goals.
The woodbiz has really took off the back end of last year & I honstely can not thank you enough. Me and rebecca met by accident on a little crafting group, I asked if she needed any help & we have honstely boomed.
We have some changes which we want to make you aware off-
First of all, our opening times are 8am-7pm with us around answering messages up til 9pm Monday-Friday. This allows us to balance our daily lives as well as the business. If you message on a weekend, you won’t be responded to until the next business day.
Orders- to make my life easier, Rebecca’s life easier & your life easier, every day, will give you a daily update on Facebook as what date we are cutting up to, increase of cuffing times which may occur & any other delays. Can I please ask that you check out these posts, before chasing for orders. The more chaser messages we get, the less time we have for cutting,desgining etc.
If you are wanting an update on your items please email instead of messaging the page as agin, new orders & requests are being missed
Please please please don’t messsge our personal accounts. I’ve missed a few important messages from family because people have found my personal account & messaged me. It’s really not fair.
If your order is overall large or over £50 please be aware that an extra 48hrs will need to be added on to our cutting times. Again these are Business days, if you order on a Friday it will not start to be processed until a Monday.
If you order a bespoke order this can take up to 28days, the item needs to be designed cut etc so dose take longer.
Paying via PayPal is back 🎉 can I please request that if you do have a problem with your order that you contact us first before opening PayPal claims. Like I said in my previous post, we had a major issue and PayPal had over £500. Some we still don’t have back. If you do open a PayPal claim and receive a refund before your items arrive can I please ask you either contact us and pay for the items or you simply return them.
Price increases- As all businesses it’s not something we want to do, we have been trying for so long to push back but we are going to have to increase our prices ever so slightly. The price of wood has gone up. What was once £30 it’s almost £50 for the same sheet.
Postage is also going to have to up thanks to Royal Mail. £6 shipping fee is noe for standard post, if you require it tracked or next day it will be £7. We are hoping to bring it down but at the moment everything is taking time 🥲
