Right now we are all shaking our heads in disbelief at the state of our world. It feels as if Evil has the upper hand and we no longer have a voice. The way forward is to stop focusing on the things we cannot control. What can we control? As beacons of light and love we must stop focusing on all the negative evil but instead focus on opposite. We must go deep inside and build the positive energy, focusing on the unity of all mankind, build the love and connection like silent warriors who will quietly, without fanfare sneak up behind the creators of this chaos, noise and hate and overcome. Love is 100x stronger than hate. So instead of focusing on the hate, focus on the love. Put it out there in your actions and words. Be a beacon of light and hope. The love will win. It always, eventually does. Mentally let us join hands and move forward….together

A Healer

Judy Sturgis has been a healer for many years, exploring the spirit forms of Reiki Healing, Angelic Healing, Shamanic Healing. She is also a trained Therapist, Psychotherapist, Reflexologist. In working in the healing arts she brings many colours to the tapestry of her retreats and takes great pleasure in bringing her love of the natural world to others.

Judy says..... I see God in everything around me. In nature, the trees, the birds, the plants, animals, and most of the time humans. I feel gratitude for this life and it is through gratitude, love and connectedness that we reach our highest potential, and can help those around us to reach theirs. I feel so blessed and grateful for the gifts the Great Spirit has bestowed upon me, and I am eager to spread them to those around me. In my retreats you will learn the complete and utter joy of becoming a “Hollow Bone”, and feeling the energy of the Universe move through your body as you learn to transfer that energy to others, situations and anything that is in need of help or change. This ability will be with you for the rest of your life. It will never go away. Nurture it, love it and give thanks for it every day.
