Flexible Position(s) available due to a waiting list of Service Users and looking to grow our team - Weekend Only / Evenings and Weekends Only / Mornings, Evenings and Weekends - you decide!

All applicants must be willing to work alternative weekends. These shifts involve either working the mornings (7am until 1-3pm) OR the evenings (3-4pm until 9.30pm) on a rotational basis to ensure it is fair for all staff.

*Providing High Quality Private Home Care - No Council Contracts, Our Care Plans are all bespoke to the individual.

*Minimum Visit Durations of 30 minutes - We do not believe in rushing, valuable care takes time, many of our visits are 1+ hours.

*Covering West Hallam and Surrounding Areas - Local visits and realistic travel times.

*Lovely Service Users - We take the time to get to know our Service Users and they appreciate the service we provide.

*Established Company with Outstanding Reputation - CQC rated Good, Excellent Reviews, Established in 2015.

*Additional Bonus' -Loyalty Bonus of £100-£1000/year, Attendance Bonus of up to £200/year, Monthly Mobile Phone Allowance.

*Staff Appreciation - Team Pub Meals, Monthly Free Massage, Christmas Gifts - we reward our carers for the amazing job they do!

*All the Usual Support - Free DBS and Uniform, Full Induction and Shadowing, Ongoing Training, Career Development Opportunities, Monthly Pay, Pension Scheme, Annual Leave Allowance.

Rate of pay is £13.25/hour weekday daytime, £16.25/hour evenings and weekends, plus 45p/mile. Additional pay for Bank Holidays.

*Quality Experienced Carers - Do you have a passion for helping people?

*Drivers - Do you have a driving licence and vehicle for work?

*Flexibility - Are you able to work alternative weekends as a minimum? All other shifts can be negotiated around your availability.

We had an amazing day at West Hallam Well Dressings last weekend! Thank you to our carers who came along to help on the stall and who helped with the preparation beforehand. Thank you to West Hallam Fryer , White Hart Stanley Village, Morley Hayes and Scala Cinema Ilkeston for their donations of prizes for the raffle. And of course thank you to everyone who came along and donated to our current chosen charity, Alzheimer's Society. Altogether we raised £335 in aid of Alzheimer's Society 🌟

In memory of a lovely lady who kindly knitted us dozens of Christmas character decorations this year, we are proud to support her chosen charity, Epilepsy Society.
