This weekend Chris is taking part in the Montane Spine race doing the Challenger South MR Race. This is the first 108 miles of the Pennine Way, starting in Edale at 0830 on Saturday morning and having to get to Hawes by 2030 on Monday evening. He has to be self sufficient and carry all the kit to keep him safe (last time he weighed it, the bag was 6Kg plus food and water)

As you can imagine its looking like the weather is going to be 'sporting' and likely that underfoot conditions are either snow or lots of wet stuff as the snow melts!

Due to the Snow the Clinic is closed this morning. We will make an assessment later this morning regarding this afternoons clinic and whether it is safe for patients and chiropractors to get in safely. Thanks WHCC

This weekend Chris along with four other colleagues from Derby Mountain Rescue Team will be taking part in The Spine Challenger MRT race. The race starts in Edale and starting at 08:30 Saturday morning, they each have 60hours to run, walk and crawl the 110ish miles to hardraw.
