Join me on zoom for an hour of gentle yoga and connect with the mind, body and breath.
All you need is yourself, ideally some comfy clothes which let you move your body freely and a quiet space.
Recommended props: a yoga mat or towel & a blanket.
This is your yoga practice so please feel free to make your space comfortable for you. I often like to light a candle, rub some essential oil into my wrists and make a herbal tea before settling in to practice.
Please try to join 5 minutes before the start of the session so we can start at 10:30am.
This will be a free yoga session with a voluntary option to donate between Β£2 to Β£5 to Guide Dogs (www.guidedogs.org.uk/donate-now) or any charity of your choice.
