Hi everyone! Due to a busy time in my life right now I am cancelling Sunday morning classes. I am so grateful for having met so many lovely people and have enjoyed every minute practising yoga with you all. I am hoping to teach again in future when the time is right.

Sunday Morning Yoga Class - Christmas Update 🎄🎄🎄

Tomorrow at 10:30am (19th December) will be the last class before the Christmas break.

There are no classes on the 26th December, 2nd January and 9th January.

The first class in the new year will begin at the usual time (10:30am) on Sunday 16th January . 🧘‍♀️🌸🙏

WHEEL POSE PROGRESS 🌸 DAY 1🌸

For the next month I'm setting myself a challenge of working towards full wheel pose (Urdhva dhanurasana).

At the moment it feels very difficult to push off the ground with my arms so I'll be working on some strengthening poses and exercises as well as using some lovely props to see if I can make it to full wheel (without collapsing in a heap 🙈) and staying mindful and practising self love and compassion 🌸🙏🌸

🌸 Some evenings you just need to chill the 🦆 out 🌸
Couldn't wait to get home today to take some time for some restorative practise after being in the office all day. Took me a while to buy a yoga bolster but I would highly recommend investing in one if you have been thinking about it.
Take time to care for yourselves guys 🙏
