📞Important update for Medicine Order Line (MOL) users💊

On Wednesday 25 March, the MOL telephone service will move to a new provider. During this switch, calls will be diverted and queue capacity may be reduced for a short time.

To help keep the MOL phone line free for those who cannot order any other way, we’re asking patients who are able to please use online alternatives to request prescriptions.

You can order for yourself — or on behalf of relatives — using:

Lister House Surgery will be closing early today, Wednesday 18th of March for staff training and development from 1PM.

Patients can still contact the practice online, but our phone line and reception desks will be closed . All online requests submitted after 1PM will be dealt with the next working day.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.

All GP surgeries are allocated these afternoons throughout the year by the local health authority.
