Taught my last class for the Carers’ Network this afternoon - I’ve been teaching chair pilates classes for carers and their cared for, for around three years. End of an era! A class full of the loveliest people - I’ve come away with a new T shirt, beautifully calligraphed quotes and cards, flowers - and a lot of hugs. Thank you - but not goodbye - “UNTIL” 🥰🩷

I’ve had a lovely week of Christmas classes - that’s a “wrap” for 2025! It’s been an amazing year, expanding my timetable of classes, meeting so many amazing people, exploring the joy of Pilates! Thank you to everyone who came to class and joined in the fun! 😉 I have two weeks off over Christmas - classes start back week commencing 5th January - Merry Christmas and a very happy new year to you all 😘
