Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️
I did this art today especially to remind you to love and honour yourself! This is a painting of Venus and Cupid by Titian. 1555. Cupid holds up a mirror for Venus to admire herself.
Hold a mirror to yourself today. Look beyond the physical, look into your soul. The greatest gift you can give yourself is love. No one can love you the way you can love yourself as you are divinity itself in physical form.
We are all connected to Source, a channel of Source/Divine energy. You know yourself better than anyone. Stop criticising and judging yourself, Lordy we get enough of that from others 😅
Ritual - light a candle and hold a mirror to yourself. Ask Venus/Aphrodite to help you tap into LOVE. Ask her to help you see the beautiful soul that you are. Gaze into the mirror, specifically your eyes and see what comes to mind. When any harsh thoughts arise say “I am Love” and quieten the inner critic. How can you argue with love? Do this for as long as you feel appropriate.
The universe is full of love even though at times it may not feel this way. The is the heart nebula overlooking Venus- the universe is an expression of love!
Let’s also remember Valentine’s Day isn’t just for romantic love! Tell your friends and family today how much you love them. Tag them in this post if you want to remind them how special and precious they are.
