Chair yoga for seniors or people, who had some injuries or who prefer slower style.
GENTLE MOVEMENTS WITH BREATHING, in sitting and standing, using the chair as a support.π

Today we had a lovely session with 81 year old lady. We started with conscious breathing, slow movements with head, eyes exercises, stretching arms and legs, some twists, forward fold. All these sitting on the chair.
After that, in standing cat and cow, chair pose, warrior 1, 2 and pyramid - holding the chair.
We did five elements from Qi gong, Goddess pose, balancing poses and a bit more exercises in standing. At the end, we had Savasana, a relaxing position.ππ
And our Fluffy was stretching and relaxing as well.π
