Foylebank residents had a fantastic time at the pantomime on Saturday, with our staff even stepping into some of the roles!

We shared memories of our favourite pantomimes, with Cinderella being the top choice—especially the characters Buttons and the Dame, who everyone loves.

The day continued with Christmas carols and dancing to festive tunes, making it a truly joyful and memorable occasion for all.🎄😀

Yesterday we held a resident's meeting. Linda expressed an interest in Tai Chi, so for Seated Exercise we followed an online Tai Chi for seniors session, some were seated and some stood for the whole session.

Maureen was a pastry chef and today she made a ham and cheese quiche for tea. We can't wait to taste it.

Foylebank Care Home (previously Raynesway View) provides affordable residential care for 35 residents in Chaddesden, Derby.

We respect all our residents – their dignity, their space, and their right to make personal choices in care. Each resident is different, and we offer a range of activities and menu options so every person feels happy, stimulated and cared-for.

As well as caring for our residents we care about their families too. Friends and family members are welcome to visit at any time, and there’s always tea and coffee on hand!
