Remember F.A.S.T for the signs of a stroke.

Face – has their face fallen on one side? Can they smile?
Arms – can they raise both arms and keep them there?
Speech – is it slurred?
Time – it’s time to call 999.

Taking a leading role in running of the shift, administering medication, attending to residence’s needs, contacting GP, district nurses and other professionals as required. Ensuring all care notes are completed and staffing levels maintained. Training will be given.

Must have experience and an understanding of the nutritional needs for the elderly and to be able to cater for special diets.

You will need to be a caring, patient and able to bake a good cake 🎂

The hours are 7am till 2.45 or 2.30 till 6pm

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time /full time Night Care Assistant to join our care team . As a Night Care Assistant, you will be required to work as part of a team to assist our Residents with their personal care, undertake checks throughout the night and carry out domestic work. The hours of the shifts are 9pm to 7am.
