Dear patients

We would like to inform you that building works will be taking place at both practice sites over the next few weeks.

Both sites will remain open and we will do our very best to minimise any disruption to the running of the practice and maintain services as normally as possible. However, there may unfortunately be some noise and temporary disruption during this time, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

These works are being carried out to ensure the continued safety and wellbeing of both our patients and staff, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation while the improvements are completed.

Missed Appointments – March 2026

In March 2026, our practice had a number of appointments that were not attended. Each missed appointment is time that could have been used to help another patient who may have been waiting to be seen.

Missed appointments can have a real impact on our services, increasing waiting times and reducing the availability of care for those who need it most.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please remember to cancel it as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient and helps us keep appointments available for everyone.

We’d like to let you know that the Medical Order Line (MOL) telephone system is being updated today at 11:00am. During this time, their phone numbers will be transferred to the new system.

You will still be able to contact the MOL service using the same telephone numbers as usual once the update is complete.

There may be a short disruption to the phone lines (around 30 minutes) while this work takes place. If possible, please avoid calling at around 11:00am. If you have trouble getting through, please try again later in the afternoon or use one of our alternative ordering methods.
