💙 Welcome to Our New Care Professionals 💙
We’ve had a fantastic couple of days at Radfield Home Care welcoming two new Care Professionals as they completed their induction 🎉
Our induction is all about building strong foundations — not just understanding what makes Radfield different, but truly embracing the values behind delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Over the past two days, we’ve focused on core areas of care alongside hands-on, practical learning — bringing everything to life in a way that builds real confidence.
Induction is more than just training — it’s about building confidence, supporting one another as a team, and ensuring every Care Professional feels prepared to make a real difference in people’s lives.
The practical sessions are always a highlight — engaging, interactive, and (most importantly!) fun. Whether you’re completely new to care or bringing years of experience, there is always something new to learn. That’s what makes this role so rewarding.
Getting to know our new starters over the last couple of days has been a real pleasure — their enthusiasm, compassion, and willingness to learn really stood out, and I have no doubt they are going to make fantastic Care Professionals.
