Join us for a Deep Dive into the Aerial silks, 14th March at 11.45am.
A 90-minute beginner-friendly aerial class designed to help you build confidence in the hammock while moving at a steady, unhurried pace.
This extended session allows us to really break things down, explore alignment, and understand the foundations of aerial yoga in a safe and supportive way.
Weβll begin on the mat to ground, connect with breath and gently warm the body. From there, youβll be guided step-by-step into the hammock, learning key grips, wraps and transitions.
Expect a balance of strength-building, mobility work and delicious stretches, with plenty of time to ask questions and refine your technique.
This class is perfect if you are:

π§ββοΈ Wanting to feel stronger and more confident in the air
We finish with a deeply relaxing floating savasana, giving your nervous system time to settle and integrate the practice.
