Taking part in a Wellbeing Timetable activity is a great way to meet new colleagues, learn new skills and improve your physical, mental and emotional health.

Your Wellbeing Timetable includes a wealth of weekly physical activity sessions, helping to improve mood and fitness, and promote social wellbeing.

Studies have shown that becoming involved in charitable events/activities is another way to help promote wellbeing, increasing feelings of self-esteem and social connection, whilst also providing a sense of purpose by giving back to the community.

Derby & Burton Hospitals Charity has a fantastic range of events coming up, a chance to meet other colleagues whilst also helping to raise funds to support patients and staff in our hospitals.
