Your Wellbeing Timetable includes a wealth of weekly physical activity sessions, helping to improve mood and fitness, and promote social wellbeing.
Studies have shown that becoming involved in charitable events/activities is another way to help promote wellbeing, increasing feelings of self-esteem and social connection, whilst also providing a sense of purpose by giving back to the community.
