Sunday night was absolutely beautiful!
I held space for some of the most beautiful, heart-led women.

Women choosing to soften.
To breathe.
To remember who they are beneath the noise.

Spaces like this remind me why I do what I do.

This work is my medicine.
Everything I share is something I have lived, practiced and leaned on myself.

And last night, I was able to do just that. 🤍

I would like to share my grief journey writing for anyone who might find comfort 💛

Coming Home.

There comes a moment
when you realise you have been away from yourself.

Not lost.
Not broken.
Just stretched by the journey.

Through grief.
Through noise.
Through hiding and healing.
Through tightening and surviving.

And then something begins to soften.

Warmth flickers.
Joy glimmers.
Love returns in quiet remembering waves.

Not fully there.
Not fully landed.
But close enough to feel it in your body.

Like driving home after a long time away
and knowing you are only twenty minutes from the door.

The layers are melting.
The nervous system exhales.
New pathways begin to light up within.

Sparks mapping a new timeline.
A remembering.
A belonging.

This is a gentle coming home.

No rush.
Taking my time.
Taking each moment as it comes.
Telling myself it is okay to return.

There is a natural beating that takes place.
A clearing.
A preparation.
A knowing of good things to come.

A gentle awakening of all that I have learned
and integrated along the way.

Strength.
Resilience.
Remapping.

Embracing the integration.
Trusting the timing.
Allowing things to fall into place.

Strengthening my aura.
Getting ready for the main event —
this time well equipped for the next chapter.

Not forcing forward.

Simply returning.

It’s okay to take my time.
It’s okay not to rush.

Coming home.

A DEEPLY HEALING EVENING OF RELAXATION, RECONNECTION & INNER GUIDANCE

There are moments in life where you realise you’ve drifted a little.

Not dramatically.
Not in a way that anyone else would notice.
But quietly… internally.

You’ve been busy.
Showing up.
Doing what needs to be done.
Moving through the days.

And somewhere along the way, you’ve forgotten what it feels like to truly sit with yourself.

Coming Home to Yourself isn’t about fixing anything.

It’s about remembering.

Remembering the calm within you.
Remembering the voice inside you.
Remembering the part of you that already knows.

This evening has been created as a space to pause.
To breathe.
To ground.
To gently reconnect with your higher self, your intuition and the quiet wisdom within you.

Through guided meditation, grounding, crystal sound bowls, oracle cards and reflection, you’ll have the opportunity to slow down enough to hear yourself again.

And when we hear ourselves clearly… something shifts.

Clarity returns.
Direction feels lighter.
The spark begins to glow again.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about coming back to who you already are.

And from that place… becoming naturally unfolds.

Last week was amazing!! I hosted our monthly Spiritual Social which is always a delight, such beautiful energy, the connection, the conversations, the sharing of knowledge & our own stories & connecting with like minded people 🥰
Outdoor grounding, chakra cleanse & sound healing, lots of Intuitive Energy Healing sessions with spirit connection from loved ones that have passed over, always giving messages of confirmation, psychic readings that have confirmed & supported peoples decisions PLUS I did my first ever live reading session online which was incredible! So so grateful to each & every single one of you!

Can you believe tomorrow is the 1st of May already?

I’m just putting together my May event calendar, which already includes:
• Our Flower Full Moon event 🌹🌝
• The next Spiritual Social gathering 👭
• And a beautiful Half-Day Healing Retreat 🧘‍♀️

But I’d love to introduce a few taster group sessions especially for those of you who haven’t visited Soul Sanctuary yet, or haven’t had chance to try one of the sessions.

These tasters would be a gentle, welcoming way to experience the space, connect with like-minded souls, and explore some of the tools I use in my healing work.

You can’t see the next step, let alone the full picture.
But something within you stirs… a whisper, a nudge, a quiet knowing.
You don’t need to understand it. You just need to trust it.

This is a gentle unfolding.
A return to self.
A surrender to the unseen.

To me, surrendering to the unseen means softening into the unknown—trusting the process even when the outcome isn’t clear. It’s allowing my intuition to lead, even when my eyes can’t see what’s ahead. It’s choosing to believe in the quiet guidance that doesn’t always come with proof.
