Despite ongoing and new health issues, my mojo has made a partial comeback, and so I've managed to get my little motorbike back on the road for the first time in 4 years and it's really helped to make me feel better. Throttle therapy rocks

So my inguinal lipoma seems to have turned on me, as recent invesgative examinations and imaging suggests that it may now be a sarcoma, and an appointment with a cancer team surgeon is booked next week. We'll see how things go

I know it shouldn't make any difference, but bearing in mind the time of year, please try and be more vigilant and available to those you move among. That RAK may be nothing to you, it could be everything to the recipient. Play nicely

Had my follow up phone call today, which was brief but positive. My markers are much the same, though I'm being referred for further blood tests in 1 month, as I'm low on energy, and tired most of the time. Hopefully nothing sinister, but best to know.
Be lucky and do what sits right with you. Better to regret something you did than something you didn't.

Progress with my follow up journey have been going well so far. Next one is in early August, on to 4 monthly checks.

3 monthly oncology review went well. The ct+contrast, chest xray and bloods were all of no concern, with no new symptoms. Next review in 4 months
