Happy International Women’s Day 💛

Today feels like the perfect moment to reflect on just how lucky I am to be surrounded by so many incredible women.

From inspiring colleagues and supportive friends, to the amazing patients I get to see every day in clinic. I’m constantly reminded of the strength, resilience and kindness women bring to the world.

But the two who inspire me the most are my girls. Watching them grow into strong, confident young women is something I’m incredibly proud of and grateful for every single day.

I feel so lucky to have such strong women in my life , women who support each other, lift each other up and remind me daily of what we’re capable of.
