Welcoming new beginnings ♡

First of all id like to say that after becomming a new parent, I went through a massive transition of self.
Like most mothers postpartum, it was a complete unravelling of the me before baby into my new reality.

And what I really didnt anticipate is all of the triggers and traumas coming up DAILY.

Reminding me that I wasnt infact 'healed' from or 'over' past experiences I thought id left behind.

If any of you can relate...it felt like fumbling through with over the top reactions to things that would never usually bother me this much ( spilt milk & mess )

Then I heard myself repeating words from my step dad and I realised ...

wow this is about ME
And my unhealed stored stories which I was projecting onto my child.

What Ive discovered this year is:

♡ you can start at any age and form new patterns in the brain for safety
♡ Im learning that we can rewire out brains to form new patterns so that we dont feel stuck in our trauma.
♡ Somatic practices can help move things out of our nervous system or memory to be let go

How are you feeling this week ??

The last few days I've felt a definite shift in energy from our Throat to our Crown Chakra 🤍

My body feels achey & stiff and I'm suffering migraines which is a new feeling...

As we are entering the Snow Moon in Pisces where we can expect to feel a little exhausted & maybe a bit heady!

All I want to do is rest up but my imagination is running wild with future possibilities 🙏 Dream state is vivd during the time too...x
