It’s all flowing through on an auspicious day of celebration of Ganesha and my lates father’s birthday!! Whilst in Canada with my younger sister!!! How divinely aligned!!!
So looking forward to teaching, sharing and learning on Satyam Yoga Retreat in Symi Greece! Second Retreat of 2025!!! My trip to Vancouver BC blessed to be with my sister, my BIL and gorgeous nephew!! A beautiful country full of nature and flow! The best day ever at Horseshoe Bay, Whistler and Porteaux Bay! I can honestly say that I am finally beginning to accept it all as I understand that it’s all a part of me!!
The pain, the joy, the people who’ve left , all a part of me!! The beautiful weave created , our energies symbiotic! .
There is no birth, there is no death, we are infinite energy source part of Parabramha … the Universe!
I have transmuted perceived pain into wisdom, learning to be the Alchemist and transmuting these energies…
You may have noticed, the teachings are getting deeper, there is more swearing!! There is more challenge!!
My Mars is on fire and I’m stepping into a new level of Tapas!! .
Remember you are always held and when we surrender that’s when we truly Alchemise.

A huge shout out to the souls that made this trip to Marrakesh so memorable and meaningful!!! I wish to honour Mustafa, who held my hand all the way down the Atlas Mountains!! Carrying my bag and water and when I slide he held me! Such a respectful young man!!

Ikram for her coffees and smile!
Fatima for the best Hamman experience and massage!!
Hassan for his madness and driving us everywhere!! Plus driving me mad!! The immigration officer who greeted me with Namaste and pronounced my name with such vigour!!
You see love is everywhere when you become love itself!! Blessed life!! I’ll definitely will be back for more fun and chaos!! 🙏🕉❤️☮️💋
