Resistance training is key at any age for strong muscles, healthy bones and an active lifestyle. This class blends Pilates, Yoga and free-weight training to safely build strength, improve mobility and boost confidence.

Expect fun, controlled movement in a supportive environment that leaves you feeling strong and capable.
