Pilates myths are still doing the rounds… so let’s clear a few up 😅
It’s not just for flexible people
It’s not the same as yoga
And it’s definitely not “easy”
What it does do:
✔ Builds deep strength
✔ Improves posture
✔ Supports your whole body
Basically… it works harder than it looks.
